How does the tap work?
Every freshener can carry a QR code on the back — a phone opens whatever you’d like, and you can change where it points any time, just tell us. Every scan shows up on your results page. Tap chips (no camera needed) are available from 50 units; ask for a quote.
How many should I bring to a trade show?
Most booths order one per visitor they plan to talk to. The price drops at 50, 100, 250, 500, 1,000 and 2,500; above 2,500 we quote it.
Can the freshener carry a sponsor’s logo?
Yes. Organizers often put the show on the front and a sponsor on the back, so the sponsor covers the run.
How fast will they show up?
Most orders arrive in 5 to 7 business days after you approve your proof. Big runs get a firm date once your order is locked in.
What file should I send?
A PNG, JPG, or SVG of your logo. Higher resolution is better, and a transparent PNG cuts cleanest. Not sure it will work? Send it anyway — we tell you straight and tidy it up if needed.
How does volume pricing work?
The per-unit price drops as your total climbs, from $6.49 each down to $2.69 each at 2,500 and up. Mix scents freely — the combined total sets the price. Ordering more than 2,500? Ask for a quote.
