How fast will they show up?
Most orders arrive in 5 to 7 business days after you approve your proof. Big runs get a firm date once your order is locked in.
What file should I send?
A PNG, JPG, or SVG of your logo. Higher resolution is better, and a transparent PNG cuts cleanest. Not sure it will work? Send it anyway — we tell you straight and tidy it up if needed.
How does volume pricing work?
The per-unit price drops as your total climbs, from $6.49 each down to $2.69 each at 2,500 and up. Mix scents freely — the combined total sets the price. Ordering more than 2,500? Ask for a quote.
What is scan-to-play?
We can print a QR code on the back of every freshener. Anyone who scans it plays Mo's 30-second game on their phone, and you get a results page showing every scan and every play. Ask for it when you order.
Do you make unscented?
Yes, Unscented is on the menu. Pick it when you order.
What’s the free sample?
One custom freshener with your logo, in the scent you pick, at your door. You cover shipping, nothing else. One per company, so you can hold the real thing before a big order.
Is the fragrance safe?
The oils are IFRA-compliant, Prop 65 compliant, and phthalate-free, made in the USA.
